This show is for ages 21+ and will contain adult content, so come ready for some unfiltered fun!Grab your tickets now and get ready for a wild night of standup comedy!Wildcat Brothers Distilling is Cajun-country’s first distiller of crafted rum, perfecting the distilling traditions of spirit-making the way our ancestors did. Located in fertile Lafayette, Louisiana, we use only local sugarcane to produce smooth and unique French-style rums from the same sugarcane cultivated by our forefathers. All of our rums are produced by hand in small batches with no importation of foreign molasses or sugarcane byproducts. We source from Louisiana farmers and American craftspeople. We work hard and celebrate harder, again, much like our ancestors did. While our fans keep returning for our innovative flavorings and wood-aging processes, our goal is to refashion the way adults appreciate rum, agriculture, and craft distilling. The story of Wildcat Brothers Distilling may be the most unorthodox tale this side of the Bayou. Set in fertile South Louisiana (“Cajun Country” as we like to call it), our story features two unlikely heroes: a former lawyer and Ph.D. behavioral scientist. Together, they embarked on a journey to help their fellow Acadians celebrate the joie de vivre with the very best French style rum. The result was Acadiana’s first distillery. Merging old-world recipes and modern techniques, our flavors harken back to the way the original Acadians would have crafted rum – with their own hands and local ingredients.LOCATION & HOURSGator Cove - Lafayette, Louisiana2601 SE Evangeline ThruwayLafayette, LA 70508(337) 703-3410 - Tasting Room Direct LineSHOW RULES:* Cell phones must be set on silent or turned off. No refunds will be given.* No Flash Photography permitted* No video or audio Recording: Each comedian owns the rights to their own material, however, do NOT.* Do Not Heckle the Comedian: Heckling is interrupting the performance to upstage, disparage, or throw off the comedian. It is never acceptable, and the quickest way to ruin the show for everyone. It is also the quickest way to ejection.* Do Not Interrupt the Comedian: The common excuse for this is “I’m helping the comedian” and “that’s what you’re supposed to do at Comedy Clubs!” Comedians are professionals, they do not need help. Exception: If a comedian directly engages you in conversation, it is ok to respond. Some of the best comedy happens this way and can make for a memorable experience. Be ready to let it go when the bit is over.I don’t recognize the comic’s name, will the show be funny?Yes, all of our acts are professional nationally touring comedians. There are so many talented comedians today; it is impossible for all of them to become household names. That being said, comedy is subjective and we recommend you research the comedian you are coming to see.Unless otherwise stated, please consider all of our shows as “adult subject matter.”No refunds unless the show is canceled or rescheduled.

- Jason "Jay" Mewes (Clerks, Jay & Silent Bob, Mallrats)
- Lafayette Comedy presents comedian & actor JASON "JAY" MEWES on Sunday, March 23rd at 7:00 p.m. at Club 337 inside the Doubletree Hotel.Ages 18+Ticket pricing:VIP Reserved Seating (priority seating in the first 3 rows & a Meet/Greet with Jason Mewes): $50 (plus taxes/fees)General Admission: $35 (plus taxes/fees)Perhaps best known as “Jay”, the foul-mouthed foil to hetero-lifemate “Silent Bob” in Silent Bob’s View Askewnivere, Jason Mewes has blossomed into a full-blown pop culture icon since his debut in 1994’s CLERKS! His character would become a sort of James Bond of the mid-90s low budget film – a fast-talking, over-sexed, but ultimately harmless and likeable guy. With cult fans following his controversial antics, Mewes has captured audiences with his rebellious banter against his unspoken other half and longtime friend, Kevin Smith (Silent Bob). Since the beginning of the duo’s offbeat work together, Mewes and Smith have continued to build on their beloved character-driven roles from the Jay and Silent Bob series. The duo returned in 2019 with a star-studded cast in JAY AND SILENT BOB REBOOT. In 2022, the pair took up the mantle of this toking twosome once more in Kevin Smith’s CLERKS III.Outside of his work with Smith, Mewes has popped up in flicks like THE LAST GODFATHER with Harvey Keitel and TV shows like SUPERGIRL and THE FLASH! He’s even moved behind the camera with his directorial debut, MADNESS IN THE METHOD featuring a cavalcade of celebrities including the one and only Stan Lee! You can also find Jay streaming his virtual video gaming escapades on Twitch, appearing alongside Kevin Smith in the live podcast Jay and Silent Bob Get Old, and telling the tumultuous tales of his absurdly unique life in his solo show “Jay Mewes and his A-Mewes-ing Stories.”
